Your activities
What awaits you on your journey with us:
- As the right hand of the Chef de Rangs you will look after about 30 guests together with your team.
- Your precise preparation and follow-up is the perfect basis for a professional and attentive service.
- As a host you provide in one of the gourmet & specialty restaurants or in one of the first-class bars für a smooth service flow and a cordial Gästebetreuung.
- You accompany the guests on their culinary journey, serve exclusive taste experiences or pronounce wine or beverage recommendations.
- Contract period of your 1. Contract: 3 – 6 months (gladly also after individual arrangement)
- Your entry takes place after individual arrangement on the basis of your availability in connection with the operational planning on board and is generally year-round möglich.
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Education in the restaurant / hotel sector or at least 2 years of work experience, ideally in the à la carte service, preferably in the upscale gastronomy
- You are reliable, resilient and have no problem to remain service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- Sympathetic and höfliche manners
- Very neat appearance
- Very good German and good English skills
