We are looking for you as a working student (20 h / week) with immediate effect at our location in Hamburg.
Your activities
- Ensuring a smooth and proper operational workflow in the area of administration casting and rehearsals
- Cabin layout and documentation of all performers, trainers and royalty staff in the area of rehearsals on board
- Preparation and documentation of royalty contracts as well as travel organization of all trainers/royalty staff;responsible for all rehearsal coordination and communication of all rehearsals on board, supervision and coordination of briefing of ensembles and coaches before boarding as well as the provision of rehearsal material
- Responsible for the supplier system
Your qualifications
- First professional experience in the commercial area as well as in the artistic business
- Very good English and German skills and confident in using MS Office 365
- Basic knowledge of the art;nstlerische Führung, classification and evaluation
- Communication skills, initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
