Deine Tätigkeiten
- Overall lead of the Food & Beverage Operation on board and ashore
- Development and adaptation of F&B concepts and strategies with a clear focus on guest satisfaction and revenue optimization
- Interface to other areas and responsibility for the placement of information from the F&B department within the company and the Carnival Cooperation
- Budget responsibility and planning
- Monitoring the market and identifying new trends and products
- Management of Food & Beverage concepts for potential future new builds and refits as well as support with designs
- Development of further education and training programs for the areas for which you are responsible
Das bringst du mit an Bord
- Degree in hospitality, tourism or business administration or comparable training as well as several years of international management experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry, ideally in international cruise shipping
- Experience in the coordination and monitoring of projects or in project management
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate projects independently and in a structured manner
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, excellent communication skills as well as high quality awareness and flexibility
