Deine Tätigkeiten
- Ensure a fast and smooth operation in all restaurant areas
- Realizing of passenger requests regarding diet or special requests
- Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and ensure guests satisfaction
- Controlling of all quality and quantity standards in all service outlets
- Guidance of an international team regarding schedules, education/ training, supervision and motivation
Das bringst du mit an Bord
- Training in hotel management and ideally acquired a certificate in hotel management or hotel operations
- Verifiable professional experience in the premium hotel and catering segment, ideally already gained some experience abroad or in the cruise industry
- Demonstrable management experience, sound knowledge in the food and beverage industry, confident in the use of MS Office, knowledge of the MS POS system, Crunchtime inventory management system is advantageous
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of German
- Committed team player, positive personality and excellent communication skills, stress resistant and flexibility
- High level of service and sales orientation, guest-focused, professional appearance
